This landscape painting is one of my favourite moods to paint – dark and stormy. I painted it on an overcast day from a photo I took, and it really captures the feeling in the air that day.

This painting has beautiful sweeping brushstrokes, and deep shades of stormy colours in the clouds with light breaking through over the horizon line.
