*Most sizes of this work are available with three mounting options: unmounted, mounted, or mounted and framed. An unmounted print is shipped in a rolled tube. A mounted print is mounted on a piece of PVC, which is then mounted on a second, larger piece of PVC, with 1/4 to 1/2 inch of space between the pieces of PVC to create a three-dimensional effect. A mounted and framed print is mounted as described above and then framed with a simple black (or near black) metal frame.
This image depicts a very small portion of a small rock formation on a beach at Blue Rocks, N.S. This formation is perhaps a metre high and 7 – 8 metres long and is subjected to the daily tides. A geologist friend estimated these rocks to be 350 million years old.
